General questions

Are there any instructional videos that show me how to use the platform?
Yes, look for Learn pxmo at the bottom left of your proposal dashboard for a series of onboarding videos to get you started. You can also find these and more on our  YouTube channel .
How do the proposal limits work?
'Live proposals' are counted each calendar month, based on how many proposals you have set to 'Online'.
Is there a limit on how many draft proposals I can create?  
No, there are no restrictions on the number of draft proposals & templates you create. However, please note that some of our plans have limitations on how many proposals can be switched online at one time.

What kind of templates are available?
We have a range of 35+ premium templates tailored to various industries such as HR, marketing, events, finance, construction & many more.
Can I preview the templates without signing up?
Certainly! We've curated a live template library for your viewing. Explore it at:  bit.ly/pxmo-Templates . 
Is there an extra cost to access pxmo's premium template collection?
No, our templates are completely free for all users regardless of plan. 
Can I request a custom template?
Custom templates are available free of charge for users with Premium Support included in their plan. All users are welcome to request new industry templates; these will be prioritised based on demand.

Saving proposals

How do I save my proposals?
Your proposals are automatically saved while you're connected to the server. You can ensure their safety by keeping an eye on the cloud icon located in the top menu bar.
Can I create proposal templates for reuse?
Absolutely, you have the option to save individual sections or entire proposals as templates for future reuse.

Sending proposals

How do I send my proposal to a prospect or client? 
Once you're ready to send your proposals into the world, simply click the 'share' button, switch the toggle to make your proposal live, and then copy the generated proposal link. This link can be shared directly with prospects. 
Does pxmo have an email sender to assist with sending proposals?
No. Once you publish a proposal, you will need to manually send the unique proposal link to your prospect via email or other platform of your choice. 
What will the live proposal URL look like?
The default URL format for your proposals will be: team-name.pxmo.com/proposal/XXX
Does pxmo support custom domains?
Yes, custom domains are available for users on higher tiered plans. Please take the following steps to get this set up:

1. Create a CNAME record pointing your custom domain to cd-production.pxmo.com
2. Share the URL of your custom domain with us once done eg proposal.yourdomain.com
What happens once my custom domain is activated?
Once we confirm your custom domain is setup, your chosen domain will be reflected in Share links of all proposals (eg your.customdomain.com/proposal/XXX).

Your proposals will also continue to function via the default links on team-name.pxmo.com.

Note that your root domain (your.customdomain.com) is not intended to be shared externally, and will simply redirect to the pxmo login screen.
What sort of analytics data will I be able to view after I send my proposals?
Currently, native pxmo analytics are limited to view count on each document but we're in the process of enhancing this to include more in-depth stats including time spent on page and viewing behaviour such as heatmaps. In the meantime, you can use integrations like Google Analytics and Hotjar to obtain these insights.
Which payment platform is supported on pxmo?
pxmo seamlessly integrates with Stripe, allowing you to collect card details & payments upon proposal acceptance.
Can customers specify their own payment amount on acceptance?
No, each proposal in pxmo must have a predetermined payment value. 

Exporting proposals

What formats do PDF exports support?
pxmo supports both A4 (8.3 x 11.7 in.) & Letter (8.5 x 11 in.) formats for PDF exports. 
Can I export my proposals to HTML?
No, HTML exports are not currently supported. 

Account settings

Where can I view the details of my subscription?
If you are the account owner or have admin rights, you can view your subscription details by navigating to the 'Team' tab and then clicking on 'Subscriptions'.
How do I switch between teams within my account?
Click on your profile picture (bottom left), choose 'Account Settings', then 'Teams' to see the list of teams you have access to and switch between them.
Which languages are supported on pxmo?
Currently English is the only language supported, however you may translate your proposal content into any other language by uploading the relevant custom brand font (.ttf format).
Does pxmo support RTL language?
Yes, but you must upload an RTL-supported font as our current system fonts lack RTL support.

Subscription plans & features

How many teams can I create per plan?
You can create multiple teams within a single account. However, it's important to note that each team requires its own subscription plan.
What does 'whitelabel proposals' mean?
Whitelabel simply means removing the 'Powered by pxmo' watermark that appears at the bottom of proposals.

Integrations & API

What integrations are available?
Using the  Zapier  integration there are 5,000+ apps you can already integrate your proposals with. Watch our short walkthrough video:  integrating pxmo with Google Sheets using Zapier. 

We are also currently working on adding a range of official 3rd party integrations, which are prioritised according to user requests.
How do I request a new integration?
Feel free to request a new integration by contacting the pxmo support team through the in-app Chatbox located in the bottom-right corner of the platform, by emailing help@pxmo.com, or by calling +61 403 739 979.
How do I access the API?
You can view our  official API docs here  - which also covers webhooks. Please note that API access is only available to users on our Business or Enterprise tiers.

If you are developing an application or third-party service, we require your App Name and Redirect URL to provide you with the necessary API key.
Please contact us on help@pxmo.com to request access. Note that verification of your primary pxmo email will be required for security purposes.

Billing preferences

Where can I update my credit card details?
Navigate to the 'Team' tab, select 'Subscriptions', and then click on 'Update Payment Info' to make changes to your credit card details.

Do you have a public roadmap?
Yes - you can view (& weigh in on) our product roadmap via  Featurebase. 
How can I request features for the roadmap?
To suggest new features for our roadmap, simply contact the pxmo support team through the in-app Chatbox located in the bottom-right corner of the platform, by emailing help@pxmo.com, or  submit your requests directly on Featurebase  and we'll do our best to include them for the community to see and vote on.

How can I close or delete my account?

Is the content of my pxmo account stored in a secure server?
Yes, your content and account data within pxmo is entirely hosted inside Amazon Web Service (AWS) located in Australia & the US, ensuring a secure and reliable storage solution. While we don't have an EU server yet, it's on our roadmap for future implementation.
